Returns
Returns at delivery are done with the same courier who brings your shipment.
If you have already received the shipment, you can still return it — but only through the nearest branch. Returns by shipping are not available.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within one week of delivery only, and exchange shipping is charged at double the shipping fee.
Please check carefully with the courier. If there is any issue, return the item with them and place a new order to avoid wasting time and paying shipping twice.
